Drinks:
Serve up pints of Guinness Extra Stout, a beer true to Irish tradition with dinner. It traces its roots to 1759 Dublin and is now enjoyed in more than 147 countries. The "fine wine" of its brewery, the Extra Stout is an authentic Irish stout, dark yet mellow with a a roasted, bitter flavour. It pairs nicely with spicy foods and oysters.
With dessert serve piping hot Irish Coffee. Pour 1 oz. Irish whiskey into a glass coffee mug (rimmed with sugar, if desired). Then add 7 oz. of hot coffee and top with whipping cream. Use brown sugar to sweeten, if desired.
