| 1/2 | English cucumber, peeled |
| 2 | tbsp finely chopped red onion |

| 1/4 | bunch fresh mint, finely chopped |
| 2 | pomegranate, seeds removed and reserved |
| 1/2 | tbsp fresh lemon juice |
| 300 | g feta |
