Glazed Carrots

Prepare these just before you slip the fish in the oven for a perfectly timed, delicious meal

Ingredients

2 cupsbaby carrots
2 tbspbutter
1 tbspbrown sugar
pinch of salt
  water

Instructions

  1. Put carrots in a small saucepan and add butter, sugar, salt and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and adjust heat so liquid is gently boiling.
  2. Cook, stirring occasionally to keep carrots from burning, until vegetables are tender and butter and sugar have made a light glaze – about 15 minutes.
