Dijon Grilled Pork Chops

This recipe tastes just as good done on an indoor grill as on an outdoor one. It’s an easy recipe to put together for a last-minute informal dinner party, and is perfect with a salad or steamed asparagus.

Ingredients (Makes 4 servings)

4 pork chops
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tsp olive oil
1garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Whisk together mustard, teriyaki sauce, oil, garlic and rosemary. Put chops into a sealable bag and pour in marinade.
  3. Coat chops and let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Grill chops for about 4 minutes per side or until done.
