Sandra writes:

There's nothing better than sitting down to a hot bowl of homemade soup. My mom has a pot of soup in the fridge every week. She needs no recipe and can make any kind possible. There's no effort to making creamy potato soup, clam chowder, tomato hamburger soup, split pea & ham soup, homemade hearty turkey soup, beef barley/vegetable soup. This makes a meal for itself, and there's nothing I like better than stopping at my mom's house any day of the week, any meal of the day, and we sit down to the best soup I've ever had anywhere! P.S. Soup isn't the only thing she knows how to make either... there's no end to a delicious meal at my moms house. I hope I have picked up on some of her talents, because now I hear from our daughters (and their boyfriend/husband), they think I can make a pretty good meal once in a while also!
