Most asian households will quick stir-fry some sort of asian green for dinner everynight. It's so easy and takes less than 5 minutes.
All you need is to: 1. wash the greens 2. cut down to size (if necessary) 3. couple tablespoons of vegetable oil into a hot frying pan 4. teaspoon of chopped garlic and a 1/2 teaspoon of salt to taste 5 drop in the wet veggies 6 stir-fry for 3 minutes until wilted
