Making pesto from scratch is not as difficult as it sounds, and it’s sure to impress!
Ingredients (Serves 4-6)
|1/2||cup pine nuts, lightly toasted|
|1||cup grated Parmesan cheese|
|3||cups loosely packed fresh basil leaves, washed|
|1||teaspoon kosher salt|
|2/3||cup extra-virgin olive oil|
- In a food processor, chop garlic.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- With the motor running, slowly pour in oil until well blended.
