Cheese Muffins
These classic muffins are a delicious after-school treat
Ingredients
| 160 ml | all-purpose flour |
| 125 ml | whole-wheat flour |
| 10 ml | baking powder |
| 1 ml | salt |
| 250 ml | grated marbled cheddar cheese |
| 2 | eggs |
| 125 ml | milk |
| 1 | green onion, chopped |
| ½ | onion, chopped |
| 1 ml | Salt |
| 2 ml | pepper |
| 5 ml | dry mustard |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C). Grease muffin tins. Combine first four ingredients in a big bowl and mix well. Stir in grated cheese. In another big bowl, beat in eggs and whisk in seven last ingredients. Pour over dry ingredients. Stir until just moistened. Spoon into prepared muffin tins. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm.

I liked the recipe, but it would have been more convenient if one could convert the measurements to cups of flour, tsps, etc.
