Gremolata: An Italian-style garnish of lemon zest, garlic and parsley that adds a lively flavour to grilled meats, pasta and soups.

Gremolata

This versatile parsley-based spread is easy-going and pairs well with chicken or lamb dishes

Ingredients

1 lemon, zested
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
1-1/2 tsp minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
  2. Sprinkle over grilled fish, chicken or lamb.
