Tips, facts, and how-to

Which is Better: Fruit or Juice?
Citrus juices are healthy alternatives to sugary soda, but you're better off eating a whole fruit when possible. You benefit from the fibrous pulp and pith.
How to Buy: Choose fruit that feels firm and heavy for its size. It will keep for a week at room temperature, longer in the fridge.
Health Tip: Wash citrus fruits well to remove pesticides and fungicides, especially if zesting.
