Turkey, Brie & Apple On Raisin-Walnut Bread

This sandwich satisfies cravings for both sweet and savoury tastes. It offers contrasting textures as well. The apple stays crisp and the Brie stays creamy without making the sandwich soggy.

Ingredients

2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
1 tube prepared polenta*
8 slices raisin-walnut bread
4 oz Brie, sliced
8 oz thinly sliced turkey (from deli)
1/2 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together mustard and honey.  Spread mixture on 4 of the bread slices. Divide Brie evenly among remaining 4 slices.
  2. Next, layer turkey and apple slices on and top with remaining slices of bread, honey-mustard side down. Cut in half and serve.
