Tips, facts, and how-to

No-Mess Pomegranate
Yes, an easy way to remove pomegranate seeds exists. Simply cut fruit in half and place one half in a plastic bag. Hold the bag from the top and knock on the pomegranate's outside shell with a spoon. After 10 to 15 knocks, seeds will drop.

Feta Cheese, Please
Choose cow's-milk feta for a milder, drier taste with a slightly granular texture. Opt for goat's- or sheep's-milk feta if you want a more complex, tangy cheese that's smoother and creamier.
