Baked Ricotta Hearts
Ingredients (Makes 6 servings )
| 1 | 454 g tub smooth ricotta cheese |
| 1 | tsp chili flakes |
| 2 | tbsp olive oil + 1/4 cup for dressing |
| 6 | large radishes, trimmed and cut into eighths |
| 1 | tbsp honey |
| 1 | tbsp apple juice |
| 1 | tbsp lemon juice |
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Mix ricotta with chili, and season with salt and pepper.
- Brush 6 heart-shaped moulds or oven-safe ramekins with 2 tablespoons oil and fill them with ricotta mixture. Bake for about 15 minutes.
- Let cool in moulds and then turn out onto plates. Just before serving: Mix honey, apple and lemon juices, and remaining olive oil for dressing. Add radishes and season to taste. Serve each heart topped with radishes.
