Apple Cider Dressing

Tasty and delicious in four easy steps.

Ingredients (Makes 1 cup)

2 cups apple cider
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 tablespoon shallots, minced
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 pinch freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place apple cider in a small saucepan and boil until reduced to 1/2 cup.
  2. Melt unsalted butter in a stainless steel pot. Add shallots and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  3. Whisk in the ground cinnamon, honey and Dijon mustard and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add the reduced cider and olive oil. Season with kosher salt and pepper. Keep dressing warm.
