Smoked Mackerel Pate
This simple, two-step recipe is superbly rich, high in vitamin B12 and tastes great with sweet or dill gherkins.
Ingredients
| 8 | oz. cream cheese |
| 8 | oz. smoked mackerel, skin removed, broken into pieces |
| 1 | teaspoon cayenne pepper |
| 2 | tablespoons lemon juice |
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until well combined.
- Chill for 30 minutes and serve with your favourite crackers or flatbreads.
