Banana Blueberry Smoothie
Ideal for eating on the run, this smoothie’s packed with vitamins, omega-3s and anti-oxidants – and it still tastes great!
Ingredients (Makes 1 serving)
| 1 | ripe banana, peeled and sliced |
| 3/4 | cup plain yogurt |
| 1/3 | cup orange juice |
| 1 | 2-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced |
| 1 | tablespoon flaxseed oil |
| 1/2 | cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) |
Instructions
- Place banana in blender.
- Add yogurt, orange juice, ginger, flaxseed oil and blueberries.
- Blend until smooth.
