Ingredients (Makes 1 serving)
| 1 | 1"-thick slice of a round loaf or country bread |
| ricotta cheese | |
| chopped pistachios | |
| honey |
Instructions
- Spread a generous layer of ricotta cheese on bread slice.
- Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and drizzle with honey.
