Open-Faced Ricotta, Pistachio & Honey Sandwich

Make this one in seconds. Wear your Sunday best – and use a knife and fork.

Ingredients (Makes 1 serving)

1          1"-thick slice of a round loaf or country bread
ricotta cheese
chopped pistachios
honey

Instructions

  1. Spread a generous layer of ricotta cheese on bread slice.
  2. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and drizzle with honey.
