Smoked Turkey with Red Pepper Jelly & Stilton
Bring your sandwiches to life with your favourite grocery-store condiments and you’ll never again tire of taking your lunch to work.
Ingredients (Makes 2 servings)
| 2 | thick slices of whole-grain bread |
| Red Pepper Jelly | |
| smoked turkey (deli) | |
| stilton, crumbled |
Instructions
- Spread 1 tablespoon Red Pepper Jelly on each slice of bread.
- Heap smoked turkey on one side and top with crumbled stilton.
- Close, slice, wrap and serve.
