Smoked Turkey with Red Pepper Jelly & Stilton

Bring your sandwiches to life with your favourite grocery-store condiments and you’ll never again tire of taking your lunch to work.

Ingredients (Makes 2 servings)

2          thick slices of whole-grain bread
Red Pepper Jelly
smoked turkey (deli)
stilton, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Spread 1 tablespoon Red Pepper Jelly on each slice of bread.
  2. Heap smoked turkey on one side and top with crumbled stilton.
  3. Close, slice, wrap and serve.
