Jane’s Killer Chocolate Cookies
You truly cannot get much more chocolate into a single cookie.
Ingredients (Makes 3 dozen cookies)
| 1 | cup granulated sugar |
| 4 | eggs |
| 1 | teaspoon vanilla extract |
| ½ | teaspoon salt |
| ½ | cup all-purpose flour |
| ¼ | tablespoon baking powder |
| 1 | pound bittersweet chocolate, melted |
| 1 | pound white chocolate, chopped into -inch pieces |
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 F.
- Whisk together the sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and salt in a large mixing bowl until pale yellow in colour.
- Add the melted dark chocolate.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the flour and baking soda.
- Add dry ingredients to egg and chocolate mixture, and stir in the white chocolate.
- Working quickly, drop generous tablespoon-sized portions of batter 2 inches apart onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes and don’t be tempted to over-bake.
- Remove to a wire rack to cool completely.

Your recipe was good but you must have some typos as you call for only 1/2 cup flour. I ended up putting 2 cups of flour in it. Very chocolatey....
