Ginger Carrots

A flavour combination to enhance any meal.

Ingredients

12          baby carrots, blanched, tops left on
2 tablespoons finely chopped ginger
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Heat butter, ginger and sugar in a skillet.
  2. Add carrots and toss in ginger sauce.
  3. Serve warm.
