Middle Eastern-Influenced Rub
A delicious blend of flavour that transforms meat, fish or veggies from plain to perfect
Ingredients
| 2 tbsp | smoked paprika |
| 1 tbsp | dried mint |
| 1 tsp | kosher salt |
| 1/2 tsp | pepper |
| 2 tbsp | lemon zest |
| 1 tbsp | finely minced garlic |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients to form a paste.
