Summer Grilled Peaches

Whether the sun is shining or the moon is rising, share the joys of this recipe and dine alfresco.

Ingredients (Makes 6 servings)

6          large peaches, firm but ripe
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Halve and pit the peaches.
  2. Combine the melted butter with sugar, stirring to dissolve.
  3. Brush each peach half with the butter/sugar mixture and grill over medium heat until browned in spots and warmed through.

Nutrients per serving: 138 calories, 8 g fat, 1 g protein, 18 g carbohydrates, 2 g fibre.
