Sangria
While there's an art to making sangria from scratch, you may not have the time! Here's our favourite long version plus a shortcut for when you're pressed for time (it's so delicious, no one will ever know).
Ingredients
| 1 | 750 ml bottle of flavoured white wine (try Riunite Strawberry Merlot) |
| 4 | oz. brandy |
| 2 | oz. orange juice |
| 2 | oz. pineapple juice |
| 2 | oz. white cranberry juice |
| 1 | orange, sliced |
| 1 | red apple, sliced |
| 1 | green apple, sliced |
| 1 | lime, sliced |
| 1 | mango, diced |
| 1/2 | cup green grapes, sliced |
| 1/2 | cup mixed berries |
| 1 | can soda water |
The Sincerity Sangria
| ice cubes | |
| 1 | oz. brandy |
| 1 | teaspoon grenadine |
| 4 | oz. bold red wine |
| 1 | oz. 7 Up or soda |
| lemon, lime, orange or other fruit, sliced, for garnish |
Instructions
- To a pitcher, add wine, brandy, orange juice, pineapple juice and white cranberry juice.
- Combine orange, red apple, green apple, lime and grape slices with mango and berries.
- Add fruit to pitcher, top with soda water, stir and serve. Spoon some of the fruit into the glasses.
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Add brandy, grenadine, red wine and 7 Up or soda.
- Garnish with fruit if desired.
