Focaccia Crostini

A great way to get use of your leftover bread. Try serving it with Lemon-Spiked Arugula & Ricotta Dip.

Ingredients (Makes 24 servings)

1         8- to 10-oz. loaf plain focaccia, sliced into 24 finger-length pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Brush focaccia on all cut sides with olive oil. Place on a baking sheet and cook 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Nutritional information

Nutrients per crostini (with 2 teaspoons dip): 91 calories, 5 g fat, 3 g protein, 9 g carbohydrates, 1 g fibre, 259 mg sodium.
