Home Director Suzanne Dimma and actor Kristin Lehman make over a tiny pied-à-terre and share their best space-saving ideas

Small Wonder
If anyone is used to change, it’s an actor. One week, she’s a villain, the next finds her living on another
planet. And squeezed in between, there are a few days as the girl next door. So, when Kristin Lehman decided to put down roots and buy a teensy Toronto pied-à-terre, the up-and-coming Canadian actor once again took on a new character: interior decorator.
Although Kristin has a love for home decorating and a natural aesthetic sense, when it came time to determine the bones – layout, furniture and overall style – the resourceful starlet turned to Wish magazine’s Suzanne Dimma for expert advice.
Tips:
- Hide phone equipment and stereo in a credenza or wardrobe.
- Save cupboard space- put vintage quilts and beautiful blankets on display.
- Think of art as an accessory. Leaning it against a wall, rather than hanging it, allows you to freely arrange your collection.
