I love your sleek clean look and want to let you know of a really neat storage solution which enabled me to clear one more thing off my kitchen counter; my big knife block! It's a sturdy white plastic holder for kitchen knives and I have installed it against the inside of one of my lower cupboard doors. It's so neat and simple, I wish I'd found it sooner. It's great, saves space and my knives are no longer in full sight (which I never really liked). I imagine it's the kind of thing that would be ideal for a small condo or apartment but even though I have a large 4 bedroom house, I just never have enough space on my counter when I'm cooking! The name of the item pretty much says it all: "knifaway" . Love this site!
