Finally local tomatoes have arrived in farmers' markets! I couldn't help myself – I bought up the whole lot of tomatoes from one farmer. On my drive home, I started to dream of all the delicious things I’d make with them. The fire-roasted tomato gazpacho with corn sure hit the spot the next day for lunch – and the tomato jam is going to be superb on my grilled cheese this weekend!
