Thin-Crust Tortilla Pizza

Whip up this simple recipe using tortillas, and add any favourite vegetables from your fridge.

Ingredients (Serves 1-2)

2 10-inch whole wheat tortillas
1½ cups grated mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup tomato sauce
  Pizza toppings (mushrooms, pepperoni, peppers, goat cheese, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Place a tortilla on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Evenly top with half the cheese. Top with second tortilla.
  3. Spread tomato sauce overtop. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and desired pizza toppings.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes. Let rest for 1 to 2 minutes before cutting into wedges.

I absolutely love your recipes, but I was wondering whether it would be possible to include the nutritional information for ALL the recipes. I know some of them do have the information, but most don't.
