  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • all-purpose flour
  • ground porcini mushrooms

  • 3 cups orzo
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1/2 package chopped spinach
  • 2 tbsp orange marmalade
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 eggs


Quick & Crunchy Breaded Pork Chops
  • 1 smal box Melba toast (200 g)
  • salt and ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
  • 1/8 tsp sugar
  • 6 tsps mayonnaise
  • 4 boneless, centre-cut pork chops, 1-inch thick


Angel-Hair Pasta with Fresh Tomato Sauce
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 3 lb tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lb dried capellini (angel-hair pasta)
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • Parmesan, finely grated
  • Extra-virgin olive oil for drizzling
