A former bank, the Vault Restaurant and Champagne Bar lines its vault with hundreds of wine and champagne bottles from all over the world – each available by the glass. Using only fresh seafood and game, local organic vegetables, herbs and edible flowers from a dedicated garden, the executive chefs impress each season. Enjoy a luxurious glass of French Château Lafite Rothschild, 1994 Pauillac with avocado mousse in crème fraiche vol au vent and sweet potato polenta.
